Returns

The items on our online site are separate inventory from our actual Kalamazoo Store, which does not accept returns. Because you can't try it on in advance, we will accept returns if you email us within up to 14 days after your "Item Has Been Shipped" email, by sending us an email to start the process. The items must be in the original condition that they were shipped in. 

To return: please email us at secimpnews@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line.

For a full refund (minus shipping fees) we must receive it within 14 days of your "Confirmation to Return" email. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Second Impressions Upscale Thrift Store, 3750 S. Westnedge, Kalamazoo MI 49008, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can drop the return off at the store but only after these steps have been followed and the authorization has been emailed to you.
